30 DAY TRY-ON Guarantee

We have a 30-day free refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item and trying it to request a return in exchange for you money back (including shipping) or size exchange of the trial garment (we do not take back the used garment!). 

Our TRY ON Comfort Guarantee policy is applicable to ONE pair of underwear on your first purchase.

If you bought more than one pair of underwear on your first order we recommend wearing and washing just one pair to make sure they are right for you. That way if you don't love that pair, the rest of your order will still be eligible for a standard return or exchange. (We do not receive the used garment, you will keep this pair and we will exchange it for you under our policy)
